Hearing-aid help at hand

Action on Hearing Loss will be holding its Hear to Help Support Session for those with NHS hearing-aids in Lisburn Health Centre on Wednesday July 6, from 2 '“ 4pm.

The drop-in sessions are for people who need a bit of help managing their hearing-aids.

Trained volunteers, who wear hearing-aids themselves, will be on hand to give practical advice on cleaning, new batteries, fitting the hearing aid, retubing, adapting to the hearing-aid, and other day-to-day issues.

If you would like to know more about the Hear to Help project, contact Judith Boyd on 028 90239 619 or [email protected] for further information.
