With many people making resolutions in the New Year to get fit and healthy, NI Libraries has decided to hold a talk on that very issue.
On Saturday Januaury 11, from 11am until 12noon, Lisburn City Library will be hosting a talk entitled ‘Healthy Eating’.
A spokesperson for the library explained: “This talk comes at just the right time.
“After the expense and excess of Christmas, most people will be thinking of how to plan better for a more nutritious diet which will enhance your health.
“Make it your New Year’s resolution to come along and learn the tricks of healthy eating for life.”
Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
