UPDATE: Vulnerable man identified
A vulnerable man found walking the street of Belfast shortly after 5.45am on Sunday, May 7, has now been identified.
It’s understood he was unable to communicate with police.
Officers has earlier issued an appeal for anyone who may know the identity of the man to contact them.
