Slideshow: Ghouls and Ghosts enjoy Lisburn's Twilight Night celebrations

Thousands of festive spirits enjoyed the thrills of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council's Twilight Night by Fairy Light Celebrations, on Friday evening.

The much loved Wallace Park landmark come alive with the excitement of thousands of Halloween revellers in Fancy Dress, shimmering light installations and live entertainment which set imaginations alight.

All proceeds from the wristband sales for the evening will directly benefit the Mayoral Charity, Tiny Life, Northern Ireland’s premature and vulnerable baby charity.

A fantastical array of mythical performers, entertainers, dancers and musicians delighted of young and old alike, before a fantastic fireworks finale set the Twilight sky aglow drawing the evening drew to a close.

Another highlight was a Twilight Lantern Parade, created by young people from Lisburn & Castlereagh community groups through ISLAND Arts Centre’s Community Arts programme.
