Man wrongfully claimed benefits
A Lisburn man has been convicted of claiming benefits he wasn't entitled to.
Timothy Mormecha (29), of Mourne View Park, claimed Jobseeker’s Allowance totalling £304 while failing to declare employment.
He was given a two year conditional discharge.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
