School invests in interactive touchboards
Some of the Primary one pupils from Lisburn Central Primary School try out their new classroom interactive touchboard, one of two systems which have been aquired by the school and financed from a wide range of PTA fund raising activities including school fairs, ballots, children's discos and car boot sales. Mr Brown, vice principal said 'we are very grateful to the PTA for providing the school with these new generation interactive touchboards. Teachers and children alike love using these boards as they are able to directly operate and write on them just by using their fingers'. LISBURN Central Primary School has been able to buy two Imex Interactive TouchBoard’s thanks to the school PTA.
The boards were financed from a wide range of PTA fund raising initiatives including school fairs, ballots, children’s discos and even car boot sales.
Mr Brown, Vice-Principal, said: “I’m delighted the PTA has provided the school with these new generation Interactive Touchboards. Teachers and children alike love using these boards as they are able to directly operate and write on them just by using their fingers.”
