Police confirm sudden death

POLICE have confirmed they were called to the scene of a sudden death at Gregg Street in Lisburn on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

Witnesses say that emergency services arrived at the scene of the house and remained there until the early hours of Thursday.

It’s understood police forensic experts were in attendance and witnesses say a woman was heard crying ‘That’s my son, that’s my son’.

Police have said that they are not treating the death as suspicious.
