Heading is co-opted onto Partnership

DUNMURRY Cross Councillor Brian Heading has been co-opted onto the Greater Dunmurry Positive Relations Partnership.

The Partnership, which has just held its AGM, works to alleviate interface issues and combat sectarian and racist tension.

Speaking after his co-option, Mr Heading said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to play a part in the good work of the Positive Relations Partnership.

“Our community still labours under serious divisions, but it is the Partnership’s aim to help bring healing and unity to our area.

“I am looking forward to doing my bit to promote that.”
