Seven NI pubs are among 32 across Ireland to be included in the 2016 Michelin ‘Eating Out in Pubs’ Guide.
Making the cut are The Pheasant in Annahilt, Parson’s Nose and Plough Inn in Hillsborough.
County Down was head of the pack when it came to clinching the most Michelin Guide nominations in Ireland.
The others in Down include Poacher’s Pocket in Comber, Pier 36 in Donaghadee and Balloo House in Killinchy.
Cork had five, Clare nabbed four and three spots in Kildare were noted.
Galway, Mayo and Dublin each received two listings while Antrim, Kerry, Leitrim, Louth, Sligo, Tipperary, Wexford and Wicklow all saw one make it onto the list.
