Woman cut from car

A 30-year-old woman had to be cut free from her vehicle following a two vehicle crash near Hillsborough on Saturday afternoon.

The car she was in was in collission with a tractor on the Hillsborough dual carriageway, around 2pm.

Ambulance crews arrived at the scene and transported the woman to the Royal Victoria Hospital by ambulance.

Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue crews from Central and Lisburn stations attended the incident.

The previous week, on May 13 two teenage girls were taken to the RVH and be cut free from a vehicle following a crash on the A1 on May 13.
