New houses planned

New houses and apartments are being planned for Lisburn.

Planning permission has been given to a new development in the Warren Park area of the city.

An application was lodged seeking approval for a residential development on land to the rear of Warren Park, Ashlea Place and Warren Gardens.

An objection to the scheme was lodged with the Planning Service. However, despite this, permission for the development was given at a recent meeting of Lisburn City Council’s Planning Committee.

The plans for the development include two apartment blocks, three detached and four semi-detached dwellings, including one replacement for an existing dwelling.
