A team from Lisburn City Council have won a prestigious Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard.
The Centre Management team, responsible for the management of the Lagan Valley Island complex, is delighted to receive the CSE, formerly known as Charter Mark, developed by the Cabinet Office to offer public services a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within their organisations.
CSE forms part of the government’s commitment to making services efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering.
The team manages the day-to-day operations of the Lagan Valley Island complex which isalso the headquarters of Lisburn City Council and home to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages and the Island Arts Centre.
Speaking about the accomplishment Councillor Pat Catney, Chairman of Corporate Service Committee, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to achieve the Customer Service Excellence accreditation for the Centre Management Team.”
