Police have appealed for witnesses to an incident in Coleraine on Wednesday (August 2) during which bleach was thrown over a man.
In a post on social media, the PSNI said they attended a report of bleach being thrown over a man in the town centre.
"Thanks to the speedy work of the community and officers on the ground, one man is now in custody assisting us with our enquiries.
"We would appeal to any witnesses to contact Police on 101 and use reference 982 from 02/08/23.”
