In the early hours of Monday May 4 CCTV Operators in Lisburn observed a male driver stagger out of his car on Chapel Hill and into a bar.
The male then staggered back out of the bar and into the driver seat of his car.
CCTV operators informed the police of the incident and the car was stopped.
The driver was subsequently arrested for driving with excess alcohol.
A passenger in the car was searched by police and was found to be in possession of a knife.
He was also arrested for possession of an article with a blade or point.
