Driving charges admitted

A pre-sentence report was ordered last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court after a 22-year-old man admitted a series of motoring offences.

He was Daniel Frederick Hughes, Maple Grove, Dromara.

The charges he faces are taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving while disqualified and not having insurance.

He also faces a further charge of driving without due care and attention.

The offences happened on December 23 last year on the Lower Quilly Road, Dromore.

Sentencing was put back until January 5 next year so that a pre-sentence report could be prepared.
