Graeme Craig, Rawdon Place, was also fined £200 for the offence.

On each of two defective tyre charges he was fined £75. As well he was ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

The court heard that he was stopped at 2pm on the Banbridge Road, Lurgan.

Police noticed there was no thread on the rear nearside tyre and wire was protruding from the rear offside tyre.

He failed to produce any insurance to police.

Craig pleaded guilty himself in the court to the three offences.
