Emma Johnston Interior Design, previously based in Banbridge, is a renowned business in Northern Ireland with a large and wide-spread client base.

In addition to Emma’s expertise within interior design, customers can visit the shop either to purchase items or to gain inspiration for their own home.

Founder of the business, Emma Johnston, was educated in Northern Ireland and Leeds before honing her trade in London with renowned designers Jane Churchill and Percy Bass Ltd.

Her clients included Sheikhs, aristocracy and Hollywood ‘royalty’. She has worked with clients across traditional homes, modern homes, civic buildings, apartment blocks and golf clubs.

Emma said: “I have always had a passion for art and it came naturally to me to apply this passion to interior design. My extensive experience with high-profile clients has enabled me to develop a well-rounded and unique offering for my customers in Northern Ireland.

Lisburn Square is a great fit for the business. Architecturally it is stunning and the unit available was just right to suit my requirements.

“Since the Square has undergone its enhancement programme, the footfall has been excellent and with other lettings, there is a real buzz in the area. It was the right time for my business to make the move to Lisburn and look to expand my client base.”

Nicky McCollum, development director at Lisburn Square said: “Emma Johnston Interior Design is another valuable addition to Lisburn Square and the nature of the business helps to diversify our offering.

“Emma is an experienced designer and her unit alone is an example of how businesses can come to the Square and make their own unique mark.”

Emma officially opened on Thursday 19th May with a launch event at her new unit at Lisburn Square. Emma’s new neighbor, Alfredo’s on the Square, provided the catering for the evening.
