Three tenors coming to Cookstown

IRELAND’S HOTTEST singing trio - the Three Tenors - comes to the Burnavon on Saturday for a very special concert that will feature a very special one-night-only performance with Cookstown Youth Choir.

The tenors - Declan Kelly, David Martin, Ray O’Hare - promise a night to remember and this thrilling concert is packed with the world’s most beautiful and magical feel-good songs, from Sinatra (My Way/New York, New York), Lionel Richie (Three Times a Lady); Leonard Cohen (Hallelujah); Roy Orbison (Blue Bayou), and Michael Jackson (Heal The World), to Pavarotti (Nessun Dorma) and Elvis (Love Me Tender / Can’t Help Falling in Love) plus a rousing Irish selection.

The tenors’ amazing voices and friendly down-to-earth approach make this an entertaining evening and they said: “We are looking forward to our first visit to the Burnavon, and to performing with the excellent Cookstown Youth Choir.”

They have just completed their fourth sensational tour of Ireland and UK, and recent high profile outstanding performances include National Concert Hall Dublin, Armagh Cathedral, Belfast’s Ulster Hall, Limerick University Concert Hall, Belfast Cathedral, and Cork Opera House.

The New York Times said: “I would recommend this wonderful concert to anyone –the most delicious box of chocolates your ears could ever have…a knockout vocal performance.”

Tickets are still available at the Burnavon Box Office by phoning 028 8676 9949 or online at www.burnavon.com.

The show starts at 8pm sharp and tickets are £20. The promoters are offering a special offer ‘save a tenner with the three tenors’ to those who book four or more tickets to the show.
