Katie Adams, 16, from Lisburn is a Year 13 pupil in Hunterhouse College and is studying Sociology, English Literature and History. She spent a week on work experience as she is considering a career in Journalism.
What do you like doing on your day off?
I like to go out shopping or out for a meal with my friends.
If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and why?
My favourite meal would be medium spice chicken pitta with chips from Nandos because it’s tasty but also quite healthy.
What has been your proudest moment?
My proudest moment would probably be back in August when I got my GCSE results and did better than I thought I would.
What was the most frightening moment of your life?
The most frightening moment of my life would be when somebody crashed into the back of my friend’s car when I was in it a few years ago.
How would you describe your taste in clothes?
I’d say my taste in clothes would be stylish as I try to keep up to date with trends,
What would you do if you won a million pounds?
If I won a million pounds I’d probably buy a car for myself, go on a few holidays and go shopping. I’d also try to save some as well as giving some to charity and some to my parents.
What was your most embarrassing moment?
My most embarrassing moment was probably one time when I was standing on the bus and I fell in front of everyone.
What music do you like?
I like a bit of everything, especially Coldplay, Rihanna, and Snow Patrol.
What sports person do you most admire?
Usain Bolt because he worked hard to get where he’s at and he’s an amazing athlete.
Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?
My best ever holiday was when I went to California for two weeks to see my family. My dream holiday would be travelling around America with my friends, or to go to Barbados.
What is your greatest remaining ambition?
To be successful, especially career wise.
If you could spend a day with a celebrity who would you choose?
I would choose Rihanna because she seems fun.
If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?
If I was stranded I would bring my phone, my ipod and some food.
