That is the sage advice from 100-year-old Johnny Gallagher who recently celebrated his milestone birthday with a huge party in the British Legion clubrooms in Ballymoney.
The former Air Force man and breadman was surrounded by friends and family - some of whom have made the journey home from Australia to celebrate with this remarkable man.

Hide AdBorn on October 21st, 1914, in Hamilton Place in Portrush, Johnny was the son of Edward and Margaret Gallagher.
Educated in the Kelly Memorial Hall in Victoria Street in Portrush, Johnny had two brothers James and Tommy.
He lived in Portrush for 22 years and was a mechanic in a garage in Eglinton Lane.
Having lived for the last 30 years in Ballymoney in the Park View area, Johnny only recently moved into Brookmount Nursing Home in Coleraine.
