Wave on the Walls 1613-2013
It will be done in style, with a mile-long wave that travels the whole way around the walls. The 12pm bells that ring out across the city will signal the start of the wave, and the organisers will be filming from the air by helicopter. It is hoped that 1500 people will join in.
It is a free event, open to all ages and participants will receive a complimentary event t-shirt. The record attempt will be followed by a 1613 Ship Key Charter Market.
