Garvey continued to play some nice passing hockey but Ballymoney also had some good break away pieces of play allowing them some goal scoring opportunities which were denied by Lisnagarvey goal keeper Leah Young.
At half time the score remained 0-0 and at the start of the second half Garvey were determined to continue attacking and create goal scoring opportunities.
However, the Ballymoney goal keeper made many excellent saves to keep Ballymoney in the game.
