Julie just misses out on top prize in the Forest Feast Lisburn Ladies’ Open
Firing in a round of 36 points, she knew she was in with a shout and was beaten only by visiting Malone player Maeve Toner, who took the top prize thanks to a stunning round of 40 points.
Julie at least picked up second place in a field of over 170 competitors, beating Knock’s Lynne Anderson on count-back.
