Five different scorers for U15s as they take all three points
Played in horrendous conditions, it was difficult for the Juniors to get into their usual passing game, although they did create some decent chances early on.
The locals, however, went 1-0 down against the run of play when a ball thumped up from defence fell at the feet of the Tandragee striker and he made no mistake from just inside the area.

Hide AdThis was the wake up call the Juniors needed and they replied five minutes later when last season’s top goal-scorer William Doogan rifled home from 15 yards after some great work from Owen Vennard, Ruairi Andrews and Cameron Sands.
Town’s midfield began to take control of proceedings and a second goal was on the cards. This duly came after Sands found Shea Winters who skipped past a couple of challenges, and after his effort rebounded off the keeper, striker Ben Johnston slotted the ball in from a tight angle to give the visitors the lead.
At 2-1 down, Tandragee found a new lease of life, and five minutes into the second half Town’s keeper Jonathon Cartmill made two outstanding saves, both from point blank range when his quick reflexes deflected the ball twice out to safety.
After this scare, the Juniors upped the tempo and scored a third when the ref pointed to the spot after the Charles Cully, returning from a long injury, was fouled in the box.

Town searched for more goals and after a couple of good chances they eventually got their fourth when Cameron Sands played in a beautiful pass to Cameron Frizell and the in-form striker drilled a low left footed effort in the corner of the net.
Jordan Campbell completed the scoring with five minutes on the clock when the ball broke to him on the edge of the area and he shot low with a crisp drive in the left corner of the net to make it 5-1.
This was an accomplished outing from the Juniors with every player again contributing to the cause.
