End of season awards
The team had a wonderful season - winning 7 matches out of 9, getting to the final of both the cup and the league.
Unfortunately the team ended up runners up in both competitions, but this should not detract from the huge effort of all of the boys over a long season.

Hide AdCaptain Cameron McDowell led from the front, averaging 68 with the bat, taking 9 wickets and some crucial catches. He won the All-Rounder of the Year award.
Nathan Doak scored 175 runs at an average of 44 was the most consistent batsman over the season, winning the Batsman of the Year award.
The Bowler of the Year was Jude Postlethwaite who took 10 wickets at an average of 13, including 5 for 10 in the cup semi-final. Zach Croskery won Fielder of the Year, and Tim Curragh won Wicketkeeper of the Year.
Michael Glass, the top run scorer with 189 runs, was awarded the Most Improved All-Rounder of the Year.

Hide AdDean Simpson, Lisburn Cricket Club Chairman, hosted the awards and reiterated how delighted the club are with the progress of this group of talented cricketers.
With most of the team returning as U13s next year, Lisburn are optimistic about the team’s prospects.
