The court heard that on January 6 this year a road traffic collision took place at the junction of the Gilford Road and Deans Road.
Mlynek had been driving from the Lurgan direction, intending to turn right into Deans Road. He collided with an oncoming car which went into the front of a stationary car.
The defendant admitted at the scene that he did not have a licence or insurance and the test certificate had expired. There were two defective tyres on the vehicle.
