Rising country star set to headline Dalriada Festival

A YOUNG rising star of Irish country music will headline this year’s P&O Ferries Dalriada Festival.

Twenty-two-year-old Nathan Carter regularly sells out shows across Ireland with hits from his four CDs.

Fans can expect to hear songs such as “Wagon Wheel”, “One for the Road” and “Caledonia” when he takes to the stage in Glenarm this summer.

The festival of music, sport and fine foods will take place in the grounds of the historic Glenarm Castle, from July 13 until July 20.

As well as music and dancing, the festival will feature sporting events including the Campbell V MacDonnell Highland Games and other attractions such as celebrity chef demonstrations, children’s entertainment and much more.
