Knockmore and Wallace pupils plant for charity
. Hoping to raise over £1500 for the cause the students and local Rotarians will set the landscape ablaze with ‘Purple for Polio’ when they bloom in the spring.
The project provides a wonderful opportunity for those involved to get active, have fun and raise awareness through talking to lots of different people about the need to eradicate the life threatening and disabling polio disease worldwide and is part of the Rotary Club of Lisburn’s goal to encourage the younger generation to join this impressive worldwide organisation.
