Gilford man is set to stand trial on burglary and assault charges
Appearing at a preliminary enquiry before Banbridge Magistrates Court, sitting in Newry last week, was Liam Martin Nolan from Anne Street.
He faces a total of eight charges and was remanded in custody until his trial .
It will take place at Newry Crown Court on 6 November.

Hide AdNolan is charged with burglary of a house at Point Road, Laurencetown on 15 February and stealing cash.
He is further charged on the same date with assaulting a police officer.
He is accused of stealing a multi-tool and metal cigar case between 14-15 February of this year
On 15 February, also this year, it is alleged Nolan caused criminal damage to a Kia Picanto car and stole a handbag and purse.

Hide AdHe is further accused of damaging a Seat Toledo car and stealing a sat nav, as well as a final eighth charge of dishonestly receiving stolen goods.
A PPS prosecutor said that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case for the 39-year-old to answer.
