Fire lays waste to recycling plant
The blaze, described as "severe" by the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, broke out just after 10am on Tuesday morning at Campsie's Mobuoy Road in a waste recycling machine inside the City Industrial Waste premises.
Residents were warned to stay indoors and keep their windows and doors shut as smoke billowed from the large complex.
