MLA calls for action on speeding

The Upper Bann MLA said: “At one of the incidents, casualties were taken into the care of the NI Ambulance Service, but thankfully their injuries were not life-threatening.

Hide Ad“The Dungannon Road has a steady volume of traffic and it is accessed by many small country roads,” said the DUP MLA.
“For a considerable period this road has been a hotspot for speeding, getting more dangerous by each week,” he added.
“In light of these incidents and growing concerns of the road users, I am calling on the Department of Infrastructure to urgently address dangers on the Dungannon Road and to carry a speed assessment urgently.”
