Students, staff and governors at Carrickfergus Grammar have planted over 1000 daffodil bulbs along the driveway of the North Road school.

The bulbs were provided by the Parents’ Association to represent each member of the school community of the 2017/18 school year.

To mark the occasion, pupils and staff generously donated £1,800 towards Marie Curie Cancer Care - a charity which uses the ubiquitous yellow flower as its symbol.
