Nurse was over the drink drive limit after crashing at 7.50am

A nurse who was over the limit when she crashed into a parked car and wall in the Ballycarry area at 7.50am has been banned from driving for a year and fined £200.

Kerry Irwin (43), of Forthill, Ballycarry, crashed at Hillhead Road on September 26 this year.

She had a reading of 74 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
