Man beaten with iron bar in gang attack in NI village - PSNI appeal for information
Detectives are appealing for information following the report of an assault on a man in Whinsmoor Park, Broughshane, Co Antrim.
It happenedbetween 8.30pm and 9.30pm last night when police received a report that a car drew up alongside the man - who was walking along Whinsmoor Park - and a number of males got out.

Hide AdPolice say they then assaulted him with what he believes to be a metal bar.
The PSNI statement adds that four men aged 31, 40, 56 and 58 have been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences.
They all remain in police custody at this time.
