Parents and friends packed out the assembly hall at Carrickfergus College recently for the school’s annual recital.

The recital is a chance for aspiring musicians to perform in front of an audience, some of them for the first time.

The event is also a chance for the GCSE Music class to get a ‘dress rehearsal’ before their performance pieces are moderated by an external examiner.
