Castledawson man to stand trial on seven drugs charges
A Castledawson man is to stand trial on seven drugs charges which allegedly took place over a five month period.
Appearing in the dock for a preliminary enquiry at Magherafelt Magistrates Court was Thomas White (30) from Chichester Avenue who is accused of being concerned in offering to supply Class C drugs between November 2012 and March 2103.
He declined to call witnesses or give evidence and spoke only to confirm his name and that he understood the charges.
A prosecution lawyer told the court there is a prima facie case to answer. District Judge Alan White remanded the accused of £300 bail and ordered him to appear at Derry Crown Court on September 5.
