Austin and Co. is formally wound up
Austin and Co. Limited - a company associated with the oldest independent department store in the world, Austin’s - was officially wound up earlier this month.
The firm was ordered to be wound up by the High Court of Justice on January 8.
An administrative receiver was appointed last year.
